Tumeric Latte

Heat milk in a pan (do not boil fully). Add Rusha Turmeric Powder, cinnamon & black pepper. Stir well for 2–3 minutes. Add honey, mix and serve warm. ✨ Enjoy this healthy golden drink every morning or before bedtime.

Bharli Vangi

Slit the brinjals in a cross (keep stem intact).

Mix Rusha Goda Masala, onion, peanut powder, Coriander, Gul & salt.

Stuff this mixture into the brinjals.

Heat oil in a pan, place stuffed brinjals, cover and cook on low flame.

Sprinkle little water if needed and cook until soft.

Garnish with coriander and serve hot.

✨ Best enjoyed with bhakri, chapati or steamed rice.

Spicy Chicken Curry

Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste and tomato; cook until soft. Add Rusha Kanda Lasun Masala and sauté for a minute. Add chicken and mix well to coat with masala. Add water as needed, cover and cook until chicken is tender. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot. ✨ Best enjoyed with chapati, bhakri or steamed rice.

Kashmiri Dum Aloo

Heat oil and lightly fry the boiled baby potatoes until golden. Remove and keep aside. In the same pan, add cumin seeds and ginger paste. Lower the flame and add whisked curd, salt, and Rusha Kashmiri Chilli Powder. Stir continuously. Add the fried potatoes and simmer for 8–10 minutes. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot. ✨ Best served with naan, roti, or jeera rice.

Metkut Bhat

Place hot steamed rice in a bowl. Add ghee and mix well. Sprinkle Rusha Metkut on top. Mix gently and serve warm. ✨ Best enjoyed with curd, pickle, or papad for a traditional homely meal.

Mix Veg

Heat oil and sauté onions until golden. Add ginger-garlic paste and tomato; cook until soft. Add turmeric, salt, and mixed vegetables. Cover and cook until vegetables are tender. Add Rusha Garam Masala and cook for 2–3 minutes. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot. ✨ Perfect with chapati, naan, or steamed rice.
